This is a very late example of the Mercedes 300SL Roadster. It is the first edition without suspension but this one has shaped wheels. These would have started to have been fitted in 1961 but the 303S with suspension would be issued in March 1961 so this must be particularly scarce.

It is in splendid condition with clean and lamost unmarked white paintwork, shiny wheels, good tyres and no rust on the tin base. The only fault is a cracked windscreen but it is still a very attractive model and I don't believe that this warrants a replacement screen.

An item which may well be missing in your collection - even for Mercedes specialists!
